The Republic of Cuba is considered the largest Caribbean Island with the population approximately over 11 million people. The country, which is always crowded with numerous tourists, is always associated with amazingly beautiful beaches, luxurious hotels and multiple ways of entertainment: beginning from famous cigars and rum and to the diving or snorkeling at the one of numerous beach resorts of Jardines del Rey, including walks on a yacht and so on.  Almost the whole Cuba represents one huge coast with the plenty of beach resorts. Closer to the middle of the island you may find more authentic Cuban cities and villages, filled with the local color and historical sightseeings.

Cuba is not a large country, so if you want to, you may drive all over the island just within few weeks. Public transport is not developed enough here, and even though the most popular transport there is a bus, it is almost impossible to find any, as there are no bus stops and they are always too crowded with people. The better and the most popular way to see the island is to rent a car. In order to move around the island local inhabitants usually practice hitchhiking.

One of the most attractive things for tourists here are the local beaches that are even included in the list of the best beaches on our planet: they are sandy, clean, comfortable, and moreover,  they all are municipal and absolutely free.

Cuba has not as many sightseeings as any other country, but nevertheless the  main “treasure” of the island is its natural sights: picturesque landscapes, national parks and amazingly beautiful underwater world – that’s what annually attract thousands of tourists on Cuba.
